2. Products

All products sold on this website are digital downloads in PDF format.
No physical items will be shipped.

3. Order Process

After completing your purchase, you will receive:

  • an order confirmation email, and

  • a separate email containing a download link to access your purchased product.

4. Delivery & Access

The download link provided after purchase is valid for 24 hours.

After the link expires, you can still access your product by:

  1. Opening your order confirmation email

  2. Clicking on the link labeled “View your order”

  3. Entering the email address used for the purchase

  4. Verifying your access using the Confirmation Code provided in the confirmation email

This process allows you to securely re-access your purchased product at any time.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are final at the time of purchase.
Payment must be completed in full before access to the product is granted.

6. No Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

By purchasing a digital product, you expressly agree to immediate access to the content.

You acknowledge that once the download or access to the digital product has begun, you lose your right to withdraw from the contract and are not entitled to a refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not provided once the product has been delivered.

8. Intellectual Property

All products are protected by copyright laws.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • technical issues on the user’s device

  • compatibility issues with software used to open PDF files

  • temporary website downtime

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in accessing your purchase.
